We supply several types of cleans, from full property end-of-tenancy deep cleans and general cleans.
We also supply communal cleans.

The following prices are for properties in standard condition.
Any properties in a worse state than standard will be subject to an extra cost due to the extended time on the clean.
These costs will work as follows: -1 standard clean extra charge £20.00, and continues -2 £40.00, and so forth, depending on the condition of the clean.
Properties larger in scale than standard size will also obtain an added charge due to the extended time to complete the property cleaning.
We also have a minimum charge for any calls out or revisits, no matter how small the job may be. This stands at £55.00

All properties in standard condition will be charged as below.
1 bedroom property - General clean £100/ Deep clean £150
2 bedroom property - General clean £130 / Deep clean £180
3 bedroom property - General clean £160 / Deep clean £220
4 bedroom property - General clean £190 / Deep clean £270
5 bedroom property - General clean £220 / Deep clean £320
6 bedroom property - General clean £ 250 / Deep clean £370
7 bedroom property - General clean £280 / Deep clean £420
Other on request.
Any properties with a conservatory that require cleaning will incur an additional £60.00 charge due to the increased size of the property.
Properties with extra bathrooms, such as en-suites to be stated on booking as there is an extra charge of £20.00 - £35.00 due to the time added to the clean, as the property is larger than standard.
Any furniture, such as blinds, settees, will need to be requested and will be priced by the time it takes to complete these added items to any cleaning.
Blinds £9.00 per blind. These will be dusted and cleaned to the best possible condition. This charge is applied as it adds time to the job.
Most of our end-of-tenancy cleans do not require this added charge, as old blinds are thrown away. If blinds are being kept, this charge will be applied.
Settees will be hoovered and wiped down to remove dust and light marks on request.
Rubbish from properties will be bagged and placed in the property bins provided.
Any oven cleans required, please request on booking, as an extra charge of £35.00 will be added. All oven cleans are interior and exterior only and do not consist of trays etc, However, in most cases, these will be wiped over at no extra cost.
Extras to clean, such as blinds, are charged per blind. These add time to cleans.

Communal-only areas in properties are charged between £90 - £145, depending on size, condition, and whether kitchens and bathrooms are involved. These communal-only cleans are general cleans and not deep cleans.
Construction cleans.
These cleans are post-construction or maintenance/ development that is ongoing at a property
Any properties attended are priced separately from all above pricing.
These cleans can hit very poor conditions.
Health and safety are monitored in all these cleans, and we can cancel or reschedule any clean if under maintenance, as that can be a direct health and safety issue to our staff.
Please ask for details before booking a construction clean, as prices and staged cleans will apply in most cases.
Mould / Fungal cleans
All these cleans will be treated with chemical solutions, and we will remove all mould / fungal from the walls. ceilings, etc, and treat them to avoid any future return.
Prices vary on these cleans as it depends on how many rooms, the size of the area to be completed, etc.
